Both of them are extremely unusable for botting. The VPS is probably working fine, but Virmach hosts their VPS in America. So if you live in Europe and buy a VPS from them, it will LOOK like it laggs (latency) eventhough the VPS is working fine. I agree with you that it's frustating to use though.
