Press CTRL and V at the same time top paste the screenshot. 4. Crop image to only show the required area. 5. Save the image (Remember the location of the saved file!) 6. Go to http://imgur.com 7. Click 'Computer'. 8. Locate and select the image file. 9. 'Start upload'. 10. Choose the 'BBCode' text and then copy and paste it into your dispute thread (Check resources below if you are unsure).
