Explanation: Ive lost my eternal glory

Evidence: so today, i was making an service order to him, that to gain 100% favour on arceuss.. ok so he do it well, but when i checked i lost my eternal glory (35m)

yea i dont have a evidence for it, but ive found something odd..

so yea, i know it was my mistake to trust lifetime sponsor rank.. but here, i know and 100% sure hes the one who took it.. but yea i dont have any evidence that valid
so, ive contacted my friend in jag*x to find, any account that ever trade with me.. so for now, idk what to do.. but yea, for making this report

i know osbot staff cant banned him, but i want to other osbot member to more caution.. until i got the information from my friend.. and ip checking, ill continue this thread..

so yea, atleast.. about the picture ive post here, why he sell and bought that stamina ???? because ive put 600k on account.. and why he need to check my bank??..

once again i know, its my mistake, but for now.. i know i wont get the eternal glory back.. but atleast iwarned everybody here, to do trade in caution with him.. 

 

now, im asking realist about how much gold he bought from @@kalemscott..

I've requested @@kalemscott to reply here to this dispute against him.

 

@deasyviani Did you just use the forum to contact him? (Private messages) or did you use skype?

 

If you used the forum, report the conversation so that we can read the messages. Else if you used skype, screenshot the full chat with him.

 

Also, did you give him permission to buy resources for the service? Since I assume you left 600k on the acc so he can buy teleports etc.

 

Though it does seem strange he bought and sold stamina potions. As of yet we can't place him in TWC since there is no concrete evidence in that you even had a glory in the first place.

 

We can't prove who took it so for now it'll just be a pending investigation.

 

Secondly about him selling gold to Realist, I went ahead and asked Realist myself but he confirmed that he's done more than one trade and different amounts on each day. 

 

It'll be a vague claim so therefore we technically can't assume that if he sold Realist gold, it was from your amulet sale.

I sent him a pic of the wealth on the account asking him to confirm the wealth he did not reply after 3 messages so I carried out the service (took 6 hours)

still no reply

 

He traded over his bank to another account I presumed are there were many places holder's (whips, d chain, glory and more)

 

 

he was happy with the service

but once completed he proceeding to log in and say I stole an eternal amulet of glory (did not)

I then decided to ask him why would u leave a item of around 35m on an account that is having a services provided

and has no need to use that item

 

but removed everything else of considerable value

 

reasoning behind: either he wants to try and make a quick buck or salty due to the fact he did not lock his shayzian favour

 

I am currently working on accounts with over 100m value of them so why would I?

 

over the past 2 days I have spent over $160 on virtual product's such as scripts/sponsor - I would not loose $ 160 over $40

 

 

 

 

He also abides by the global osbot t.o.s what makes him liable for items on his account

After reading this i can cofirm he did transfer his items to another account as he stats he left 600k for stamina potions

If so send me screenshots of where you ask him to confirm his wealth on the account.

Kaleem has provided evidence which gives me reason to close the dispute. However since there was a  6 min time interval between you giving him the login details and him logging in and confirming wealth  i'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and give you 24hours to provide me any evidence. 

 

Like the global osbot tos states:

5. If you have any substantial wealth on the account, it is your responsibility to protect it (Either Bank Pin/Transfer Trade)

 

You should have known not to keep any wealth on but regardless we can't prove you had that item in the first place and that he stole it.

 

So we're giving you 24 hours.

as you can see at the shading sentence, hes not denying it.. so i can say he did that at G.E (1st lie)

 

after he said that, so theres 1 question in my mind, why would he do that??? (second odd thing)

 

then, about the service i can say he did it by himself, ok ive made a mistake again i forgot to lock the favour, but hey he did know about this?? as the 
good service provider he can lock my shayzien favour , but he keep using this to attack me.. while i said shayzien favour is easier than arceuus.. why he seems happy for not locking my shayzien favour?? (3rd odd things)

 

@@Saiyan, i know i cant prove you and theres no strong evidence.. but as you can see so many odd things happened here, first he stated didnt sell at ge, but in skype he talked seems it WAS not a big problem before i found it.. so you can see, all people will say he did sell because of what he said..

 

and yea, if @@Saiyan you think that he claim that he sell it at ge.. what was his reason to do that?? thats it

 

conclusion:

 

1. hes lieing for selling stams at ge (evidence quite strong)

2. if he admit that he sell it at ge (he must be the one who sell it), what was the reason for? 

3. why he seems happy and make conclusion that i was mad about forget to locked and losing shayzien favour...

[Solution]

Unfortunately for @deasyviani he's unable to provide evidence that would prove @kalemscott's guilt. Considering this lack of evidence we can't be sure that the eternal glory was indeed taken and therefore we cannot take action against @kalemscott. 

For the future I recommend @kalemscott to confirm wealth before starting the service, and @deasyviani to always secure/transfer wealth that the serivce provider doesn't need access to.
