Does anyone know the gp/exp for different ammo or atleast how many are used per hour?

not the actual gp/xp, but when it was first released steel darts where the choice of darts to use while training.  

now that is a ahrd question, depending on armour ava's or not etc etc but mithril darts is the best i think
