Yes, your account got banned not only one version...

if you're botting then you accept risks to be banned on both sides, if you are banned on RS3 you cant expect to join oldschool and be able to repeat the same process and so on. 

Only bot on what you are really willing to risk to a degree, at this point in time bans are very frequent though so you are going to be seeing a lot of bans.
