Explanation:

He hacked my email and tried to recover the account. He was able to get the account for about 3 minutes where he took the items I transferred to my new account (about 10m worth). I changed my email password and successfully got the account back. He then started talking as me on skype because I used the same password as my email. All of my passwords have now been changed. Realist the middleman experienced all of this.

I MM'd this, he was aware of the risks of buying accs & told me after the MM that he suspected FletchingNL to have somehow changed the acc pw to take 10m from the acc

 

 

 

Trade was worth 60M.

1) The IP of the email logs do not match any OSBot member or FletchingNL. Yes you can say proxies/vpn but this doesn't prove he recovered it.

 

2) As realist was baffled in the chat logs, recovering an account normally changes the active email to the request of the recoverer but since your email was compromised the password was reset quite a few times.  How one gained access to your email is the question which should be asked.

Yes it may seem fishy, but could it be you contacted him about the account and had a row? if so please reply to this specifically and show me evidence specific to chat logs between you and him on skype.  I mean maybe it could be a Skype issue but I can't say for sure because afaik will there not be a question mark in the circle if you were deleted or blocked? Then again don't take me for word on this.

If that isn't the case and the email was changed please provide evidence of the email being changed as this will really support your claim.

At this moment of time we can't say for sure Fletching recovered your account since sure there is that off-chance he did but there's also the chance that he did not since there is no concrete evidence for your side or his side.

 

Therefore he has not been placed in TWC and I will wait for him to reply here should he have any proof on his end that he did not do this.

 

P.S if possible could realist confirm some of the facts i.e account trade price. Yes I know it says 60m but I'll need him to re-confirm that in this dispute 

 

 

@Rockwings for now try and acquire more evidence and possibly if you can since we cannot make FletchingNL refund without any mitgating evidence suggesting he did this in the first place. 

 

Could you confirm that you did not download anything malicious or anything possibly malicious? Since this more likely the probable cause or maybe your email was leaked. Not saying this is the case but this is most likely the cause of your account's password being reset multiple times and you losing wealth on the account.

@@Rockwings if you didn't bother with a secure password, it could have just been your obviousness which got you into this situation which you're already in.

 

Why would you not care about your account and then dispute it when your account faces the consequences of your actions?

 

This doesn't clear FletchingNL of the allegations but it also does not put you in a good position either.

The 10m isnt what's important honestly it's the fact that it was taken. Ran multiple virus scans looked in my startup ran safemode etc no viruses to be found. I have to go to work but I'll try to get more evidence later. the last 2 digits of the IP i blocked out were .45 - I'm actually surprised that this isn't his IP because it matches his geolocation almost perfectly.

He might be from UK I am too, but an IP matching geo-location still isn't sufficient enough in proving anything as you'd expect someone to use a proxy or a vpn from another location and not the same geo-location.

Okay, I'm on my laptop now. I'm unsure of how to respond to the dispute as I've never had one against me. Is there any certain information that is required that I can give? As stated in my previous post, I had access to knowing what his email was. (Not the login just the email address) So I thought this may be the only way to clear my name.

I decided to go on leakedsource and put in his email as this is the only way I think I could be linked to hacking him. The results [hidden by @Solution ] (hide his email I presume)

[Solution]

Considering I was able to grab 3 common passwords via a simple search this is 100% your own fault. There's nothing tying @FletchingNL to any of this so the only one accountable is going to be you. Sorry for your loss, but I hope you've learned a lesson about passwords.
