Explanation: Okay, so as you can see on the thread I was searching for someone to complete Desert Treasure alongside the remainder of the quests I needed. I already had some of the quests finished as you can see I crossed them out.

I was then contacted by the user, Special, and we discussed back and forth and came to the agreement of three million gold beforehand and a remainder of three million gold after the service was done. He complied and then set his worker to work. I told them I had all the items required for Desert Treasure banked and told them I was leaving 300K if anything was missing; again, complied.

I told them to contact me if anything was unorthodox. At 6PM I went out for dinner with some of my friends and went home to one of my buddies house and got a couple of drinks, when I came back home, I saw I had received multiple messages my Special and his worker, stating I did not have the Herblore requirement for one of the quests. I was currently level 9 and needed 51 EXP for level 10 (which was the requirement). I then told them, why they didn't just level it up, as I never stated I had all the requirements for the under-quests and this is when hell went loose. Special and his worker got extremely disrespectful and started saying they are declining my service from here on and that they were keeping the three million GP I made them, though, they didn't finish the service I was requesting.

Their reasonings were; "You are a low-level defence pure" – "You did not have the skill requirements" // Now, how can they decline me around two-three hours later, after they had completed multiple quests, stating that I was too low level of a defence? They had been on my account for around three hours, why would they not deny my service when they very well first saw it? Second reason; how can they decline my service for not having the requirements, when I never stated I did? When they first signed into my account, they saw my stats and knew I did not have 10 herblore, which I also never said I did.

I then told them I wanted a refund of 1.7M, so I would have paid them 1.3M for these two-three quests, they had done. They went absolutely crazy and started disrespecting and swearing at me and are now refusing to refund me.

They never completed my service and now they are trying to tell me they decide the price for those two-three quests? This is not okay and doesn't deserve to go unknown.

How do you expect me to read gifs scrolling through so fast? Refund the money you owe him, show me where its 2.25M worth of quests, not 1.7.

No, you can't sit here and decide how much to charge. As I told you on Skype, we had a deal, a deal that involved in you/your worker doing Desert Treasure alongside the quests under this. You have failed to do so, worse of it all; we made a deal that you would have finished Desert Treasure by yesterday, it's now 12:47 PM, you are 48 minutes late for completing our deal.

You can't try to sit here and deem how much other people charge for quests; I would never in my life pay 2.25M for three easy quests to be done. I didn't pay for those three quests to be done, I paid for Desert Treasure to be done, which you have failed to do.

 

You should actually be happy, this dispute could make you lose 3M rather than 1.7M. You have failed to do our agreement within the time-limit, hence you haven't lived up to our deal. All-in-all, you should, morally refund me everything, or at least a large portion of it, but here was I, being fair to you, telling you that a 1.7M refunding me a percentage of 56.6%. Not really fair, as first of all; you didn't finish the quest you promised to me, nor did you do it within the time we agreed on.

 

Now, this topic isn't about a dispute of 1.7M, it is now a dispute of the 3M I paid you, for the following reasons:

 

  1. You have failed to complete my request and have only done partial.
  2. You started making up excuses such as "Your account is a pure""You don't have the skill requirements".
  3. You have failed to complete my request within the time given, even though I gave you multiple chances to make up for it.
  4. You and your partner have been extremely disrespectful towards me and have been extremely evil towards me.
  5. You have wasted over 5 hours of my time by refusing to continue our deal as well as refunding me.

 

I am hereby requesting a refund of 3M GP, as Special has failed my order in many, many ways.

Then refund him the remaining gp, you literally canceled an order over cleaning a few guams?  Maybe be a bit more professional from now on and stop worrying about disputes and you wouldn't have issues like this. A 30 second fix to this would have got you a positive feedback + no dispute.

That wasn't the deal...

I have been paid for doing the quests not to level a skill.

I wanted to refund him, but he opened a dispute so, I need to refund him 750k?

You never mentioned "do you have required skills" even if you did, 50 xp or whatever is just you being a douchebag to the guy. Yes refund the gp.

I in no way ever stated I had the stat requirements for the quest, nor did I ever state that he in the middle of the deal could back out, just because he had to get me 51 XP in Herblore, in order to get me from level nine to ten.

 

I was actually considering demanding a full refund, for the following reasons that I am going to list below:

 

  1. You failed to complete my order; you never stated you were able to decline my order nor did you require of me to have all the stat requirements for the order. You came up with excuses such as "You are a pure with low defence, and for that reason I don't want to complete the order" – this makes no sense, you/your worker had been working on my account for over three hours when you came up with this excuse; he knew what he was going in with, and therefore it does not make sense of him to start coming up with that as an apology later on. You/your worker then also came up with the excuse "You don't have the stat requirements" – again, this was not a requirement in our deal, I never stated I had all the stats, but really? You are going to sit there and use that I am missing 51 XP in Herblore as an excuse to decline my order? And you stated how I delayed you with two hours because I was missing a Herblore level; does it take two hours to go from level nine to ten Herblore (51 XP)?
     
  2. You failed to complete my order within due; we had an agreement, that you would be done with this deal within today (yesterday), it is now 1.12 AM and you have failed to do so. I gave you multiple chances to finish up the rest after you started saying you did not want to proceed with my deal. Not okay either.
     
  3. You and your worker have been extremely disrespectful towards me, not only by naming me things, but also questioning my stupidity and various other things.

 

I am hereby requesting a full refund of three million, rather than the 1.7 million, due to so many complications in our deal. I do not feel justified in this deal, you have failed me in so many ways that it is no longer acceptable. You also continuously refused to refund me, and at the beginning, you required three million GP for doing these three quests for me (told me to keep the other three I had to pay you in the end). You are an extremely unprofessional worker and should in no way ever be trusted again.

I will not sit here and accept 750K as a refund, as you have failed me in various ways; and you can not sit here and try to put on the price, that other people are requesting for the quests you did. It was not our agreement and I would never in my whole world pay for those three quests to be done, as they are some of the easiest quests I have witnessed. I will be awaiting in our agreed world as well as location for a refund of three million; I do not want to ever deal with you and I hope others think the same way.

I am requesting a full refund of 3M, as I am no longer being open to all this. He has failed to complete my order and has wasted a lot of my time, and I value my time at a lot more than 3M. Sucks for you, you're dragging this out to long. You've agreed to 1.7, now you are wanting 3M, you take the 1.7M or nothing. Yeah he did you wrong, but we agreed 1.7M 5 times yesterday, you are not going to change it. You have 24 hours to Accept the 1.7M or I'm closing this dispute.
