You will only receive payment AFTER job is completed. I will NOT use a MM. Post prices below. Hand done. i will provide a fresh level 3 account i want 99 fishing (via barb fishing) so it'll get 80 str quest 50 attack and get 90 range via cannon/range guild along with 94 mage from splashing/alching. so hp will stay 10 Edit: Would also like a price if you were to do the same job but without the restriction of staying 10hp (So train str/range normally and fish could stay 1) To clear things up regarding what "normally" means. You will be able to train at sand/rock crabs. You wont have to keep the account at 10hp Range wouldn't need to be done at range guild/cannoing You could chin range/blowpipe If you have any other questions feel free to ask. If you want to train the account at NMZ you are more than welcome to quest for NMZ too. As i said, i will NOT be paying anything upfront. Any Bonds/Items you use on the account will be paid for after completion too. Edit #2: The account is now 20 fishing. Vicfre3 will no longer be working on the account. Sorry but I wouldn't be interested in using my own supplies due to prices of such, no offence to you but cannoning etc would cost me a min of say 100M, there is nothing to say I would even receive that back either.

As in without having to barb fish. Rock crabs/NMZ (if you wanna do the quests) etc.. And i dont use middlemen anymore.

I don't see why you wouldn't use a middleman, they are there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Fishing I would typically charge 150M approx not really mattering which method, if you want quests I can do them also (i have a NMZ package as you mentioned it above) and sand crabs would be better than rock crabs no? So depending on if you would want your magic 1-94, ranged 1-90 etc via one of them methods like sand crabs or so on instead of cannoning, that can also be spoken about depending your budget.

If i'm being honest, ranged guild would cost more than cannon, but you saying "normally" I would of assumed you mean via arrows/knives/darts etc, but then again i'm mistaken there so thanks for clearing that up.
