Srs idk I've never botted it.  Heard its reasonably low compared to other skills.  Just 420 blaze it (a suggestion from banrates site :) )

in the past 2 weeks I went from 71-99 without a ban, starting going for 99 cooking and received a 2 day ban this morning.

 i botted hard on my main 70-99 cook with barely any breaks with a free script and got no ban.

 

did 1-60 fletch by hand, 70-96 and I go a two day.
