22 prayer is just because if i get another prayer level I would become 71 combat. And I believe if I'm not wrong the account can gain 16 or 15 range levels without gaining a single combat level! smile.png

Its like 30-50M, depends on alot of factor, mainly your feedbacks, hence it would be hard for you to sell. :)
