It's true that this script can perform a lot of tasks but only basic ones. If you use this script, don't it expect it to complete a game of barbarian assault or runecraft using the abyss etc.

Also one tip, a script created for, let's say, abyss runecrafting versus this script. Chances are, the abyss runecrafting script will be faster and more efficient because it is designed to do this very task unlike the GMC SuperScript.

haters gunna hate

you want money for your script release something flawless that cant be duplicated overnight and keep it running.  There is always opportunity to improve and to limit invention is to limit innovation

something complicated as abyss no. well maybe tbh :P but mining, wcing, fishing, tanning hides and much more will be doable :P

Release it asap.

GMC SuperScript Factory was designed so that the average OSBot user can create his own small scripts in order to execute tasks, mostly ones currently without scripts. Not only can the user create the script, he can also save it for later or even share it with the community. With this in mind, OSBot will surge in popularity due to the new versatility that the bot will offer with my script.

I can see why Stark is mad because his sale numbers will drop off a cliff, but scripts on the SDN shouldn't be filled with simple tasks that SuperScript can replicate. If scripters want a challenge, they should consider creating farming, slayer, construction, minigame and pking scripts rather than continuously reinventing the wheel. I feel that the price that I'm charging (soon) is only fair, I'm not going to ask 14 year olds to pay me $100.00 in order to get a script that took me a weekend and a case of Coke to make.

I see that you've mentioned that I won't be fixing any bugs, you quoted me out of context. I stated that the script would rarely, if ever break as like you said, it's an interface between the user and Java, no Jagex updates will break it. I'd obviously make helping users to use my script a priority as when I ask people for their hard earned money, they should only expect good customer support. I couldn't see any reason to not create multiple tutorials in order to give users a good idea on how to structure their scripts, I've already started by making a full video of making one and have countless screen shots with the full script in view to read.

I'd also like to point out that the title of this thread is false, this thread is anything BUT unbiased as you're a script writer who can only lose by me releasing this script, a contrast in situation for those who came to this botting site for botting.

Finally, I'd like to stress that I do understand the concept of the issues that you've outlined, but most of these issues would either not exist or not be much of an issue to this flourishing community. If SuperScript becomes a problem, simply make it out of stock like some of the other scripts, or give it its own section in 'Local scripts' and let me deal with the spam. Just remember, this script is for the community, not for the scripters who wish to remove children's wallets.

All the best,

Dashboard

Thanks for the reply. I have genuinely tried to be as unbiased as I can with this post. I'm not mad because my script sales will fall off a cliff, I don't think the script will affect my script sales much. I wish you all the best.

Stark, to make it less unbiased it'd be a good idea to copy & paste Dashboard's reply in your main thread post (because after reading it, reading dashboards script ad. and his reply it seems COMPLETELY biased towards the view of scripters who'd like to make money). That way the reader can see both sides; both yours, as a competing scripter (in this case "technically" you are competition for sales) and Dashboard's as the script writer.

Release it, This thread is pointless and should be boycotted to the point of its very existence, There is no such thing as a "too good" script, we are a botting community we bot it is what we do.

And we strive for better scripts, the only thing here is, is panic of loss of income...

Release it, put a disclaimer on it, " if you cannot get this script to function to your liking or benefit then do not use it, no script support will be supplied with this script, no refunds, no complaints" if the user don't like it then tough shit.

OP obviously sees this script as a threat hence the reason for posting a thread regarding someone else's script. >.>

+1 to releasing the script. Get to do your own thing (within reasonable means) and either keep it to yourself or share with the community. Tbh this could help premium scripters who get bombarded with requests for a simple script to be done. The only negative I could see, if any negative, is that it would force premium scripters to create more unique scripts and incorporate more time into making them better.

For example, there's an AIO tab maker that costs $4.99 per month. There's also a clay softener that costs 4.99 and then 3.99 per month. Imo these are two of the more simpler scripts in terms of what needs to be written/carried out. Why would I want to pay $8.98 per month for two scripts that are fairly simple when I could pay "x" per month and have those two scripts as well as potential for more. This script wouldn't be able to out-do something complicated like the pyramid-plunder script (which costs $7.99). Quality, well thought out scripts result from this one script instead of cheap, simple ones that are OP.

No, I honestly don't feel I could make a decent script compared to other scripters.

Wow you are amazing dude why aren't you a script writer yet since most of the people cant compare to your scripting level...

A tab maker can be pretty complicated depending on the features you're adding, but I see your point and I agree with you

That Dashboard fucker isnt going to release that stupid script he said he was gonna release it in a few days but it has been weeks. His scripts get you banned anyway and its prob just a rip off of another script thats why theyre so bad and he makes then so fast. Why does he upload them to mediafire? Virus maybe?

The admins all went on vacation to Fiji for next 15 days apparently, so I can't actually release the script until they get back. My scripts weren't written to get you banned at all, I've only discontinued updates on some older ones like FineKnives as I plan on making AIO Smithing scripts and such. I have two very high quality scripts on their way, both of which have a very slim chance at getting you banned. About Mediafire; I'm not sure where you're getting this virus idea from. I have over 7000 combined script downloads from my library and none of them have had any viruses in them, feel free to scan any and all of them for viruses; I promise you will find nothing.
