just wondering.. might thinking of upgrading to something more serious

dual core i5+ (cpu) / 6gb+ ram get those 2 and u should be fine..

Any PC worth it's salt in the 21st century.

amd 8 core 3Ghz and maybe 8gb ram ddr3

yea 10-12 bots u need 3+ ghz and 16 gb ram atleast

 

No, the 16GB RAM is way to much. The CPU is mostly the bottleneck, not the memory. I can run easily 20 bots with x4 cores (Intel XEON), and 8GB RAM.

if you just want to bot on it, amd fx 8350 is the better and cheaper choice. I can run 20 at low cpu mode. However, if you want to play games like csgo and what not meanwhile running 10+ bots, i5 4690k or i7 4970k are the good options. For ram, you should get 12-16GB.
