It seems that users with less than 20 posts are somehow able to post in the market area. Has the scamming precaution been lifted?

No it hasn't been lifted. but i have noticed people with less than 20 posting, must be a glitch..... 

Not sure why it's there, but i guess it does the job

I reported a few, but they just end up posting it again.

They're allowed to post in the members section only I'm pretty sure.

Somehow, they are bypass the restriction.

it should be that way but i have seen people post in accounts with >20 posts.

so we need 20 postcount to post in market section ? :p
