As I am in the beginning stages of rebuilding my Service Empire here at OSBOT the option to use an Official Middle Man is more than welcome! They will hold payment until order is complete. I will only use official middlemen here at OSBOT.

If you decide to use a middle man there will be restrictions on how many levels you can buy per order. For example; You would not be able to place an order for a skill to be levelled from 1-99. Level cap would be around 20-50 levels per order, Depending on starting level.
