quick question about randomized breaks

if i set up that my bot bots for 3h before logging out and does a break for 1h before logging back in will this already be +-10mins of the time or always exact 3 and 1h?

 

Also if i select randomize bot break time will its just do random bot/break times like 2h bot 1h break then 5h bot and 3h break etc or does it just add +-10 to the 3 and 1h i setup above that?

It'll choose a time between like 1hr and 3hr, so it's completely randomized

I usually bot for a few hours on a certain skill, then mix it up with something else. 

I have found that leaving it overnight I tend to get banned more often
