Dispute against Bogla

Disputed member: Bogla

Thread Link: none, Skype and Pm

Explanation: Traded with the skype name provided in Boglas thread, requested a PM from him on the Osbot forum during the Skype chat, before trade, wich he sent timely. Nothing seemed fishy, except perhaps one thing, wich i will end this dispute message with, after talking to Arctic and Divica. Do read the text at the end of this thread, i find it significant.

Talking to Divica and Arctic, they both came to the conclusion that someone is impostering me, while talking to me and Bogla at the same time. They both said that the supposed impostering Bogla talked to Bogla as me, while talking to me as Bogla, and asked Bogla to send me a PM on osbot forum. I find this very suspicious and doubtful (in hindsight that is, as i did not reflect on the content of the PM at the moment - i have been selling here for years with this method and never been scammed).. You see, lets say for debate that i did happen to add an imposter on skype, or that Boglas Skype "has been hacked", then i strongly think that Bogla should have included in his PM where the request came from. Divica alluded to that the supposed imposter was impostering me on Boglas livechat. Well then since Bogla via both Skype and his livechat (and im SURE is aware of this scam method, wich i was NOT) he has a certain resposability toward the customers/sellers to inform them from where the request for a PM was sent. Now, i am of course in a very upset and angered state as im writing, i can see it argued that i should have "asked for chat content", but really, it can just as well be said that Bogla is a VERY experienced reseller and SHOULD inform the seller where the request came from, since he does transactions daily and surely knows about this scamming method. So what i want to get across is, that even if it is ruled that i was scammed by an imposter (or possibly, dont get me wrong here, im VERY upset, that Bogla actually leaves this window open for scammers to work with him without risk for his own reputation, since he is "reputable") that Bogla is partially responsible for this happening, due to the uninformative nature of his PM on this site. You cant assume that all sellers, all the time, in the happy moment of selling, thinks to ask for a chat log, especially when the PM pops up without suspicious delay. In that case, we can settle this 50/50 and say we both did our part to enable the imposters success, and i leave this, content that Bogla is recognizing that he is leaving a window open for scammers to work in his name.

Otherwise i dont know what to do, i simply have to assume that Bogla was in on this, his vast experience considered.
