1. There really is no safe world, but i would suggest a more mediocre populated world.

 

- you world find highly populated worlds will have more moderators lurking.

 

2. multiple bots i would suggest spreading them out.

Depends, if you're fletching go in the highest world. If you're doing something that uses resources like mining woodcutting go to a small populated world.
