Upon seeing this I question time online and bot detection relations, welp guess suicide botting is enabled.

You're wrong. Typing = no effect on ban rates and babysitting has little impact as well unless the bot breaks a lot and is bad. Please read up on anti-ban and its impact before labelling people dumb.
