There is always a chance you get banned while botting. However if you are baby-sitting it & bot smartly (hopping worlds sometimes, don't run too long etc.) you reduce your chances of getting banned.

I have no idea if 2007 offenses/bans are linked to EOC ones.. But you can give it a try and tell us if you only got temp banned or perm banned :P
