You could always create 2 new accounts and put bonds on them, do tutorial island with a script and see if you get banned. That will give you an indication of whether your IP is flagged or not
and waste 2 bonds
and as the other people said:
You can change your IP Address by:
1. Calling your ISP and asking them to do it.
2. Turning off your router , waiting 30 seconds and turning it back on. (ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE A DYNAMIC IP
)3. Use a VPN.
