You all know how TTC scammed me, how do I go about him if he trys to dispute his payment on paypal? I purchased a jacket for him, was $13 (my bank funds), he sent me $13.66 his paypal funds, can I beat that? I don't have the jacket, he definitely has the jacket. He got banned for this, but any tips?
