Good news! All of the banking issues are fixed and won't occur in the future. We've also highly altered combat detection which should activate whenever you take physical damage. Finding of fishing spots is now also highly increased and experience (should) now be perfectly accurate. We've also added running support, which will enable your run on the way to or from the bank, if your energy reaches a certain threshold. The release will be on the SDN (hopefully ) tomorrow. Stay tuned

This is because you are playing with low CPU. I had a friend experience this issue only when in low CPU and since your FPS says 7, that's my biggest guess.
