I did have a bad feeling about spamming too much in the spam section, but could you define keeping it to a limit? certain amount of posts per day or something? Sorry it's hard to follow rules without goal posts...

I've had a similar problem in the past and I cleared my cache folders and that seemed to resolve the issue.
