How much would chinning 70 - 82 ranged cost me?

How much xp/hour is that? Note that I do not plan on botting (I've already got one ban on this account, not gonna risk it) Also, what would it cost me to get someone to powerlevel both of these to 82?

Did the questing (except for the evil dave part, because my cat hadn't grown yet). Did it lightning fast, he said it'd take 2 days and it only took him half a day. Gave me status updates all the time, was available the whole time. Very good service. Only thing I like a little less is the amount of money he charged. He ended up asking for 5m, which seems like a fair price, but he said it'd cost "max 6m" when he thought it'd take him 2 days, yet still charged 5m when it only took him half a day. Still, 5m is very reasonable for the amount of service he provided. Would recommend to anyone, I might even use his services again in the future (desert treasure comes to mind)

So I recently bought the DruidKillah script, and I'm getting 18 to 22k xp/hr and 150 to 200k gold/hr. Especially the gold is considerably higher than what I get from woodcutting, even though I'm level 89 woodcutting. But is the banrate high on chaos druids? Is it save to bot there? I've already got a ban for bot busting on this account when botting at rock crabs.
