  1. You can, but you have to have a credit card attached to your paypal account, wihch I don't have, because obviously I don't have a credit card. EDIT: Attached a picture of what I'm talking about. It's in Dutch, but basically it means it says I need to attach a credit card to my paypal to buy runescape membership. I believe it has something to do with fraud or whatever.
  2. Pretty much nothing. Jagex really only ban when they're absolutely sure you are botting, so the chance of banning people unjustfully is almost nonexistant. They know this too, so they are very quick to deny appeals. I doubt they even read them TBH, there's no way you can prove you weren't botting anyways.
  3. Received my membership, thread can now be closed
