RWT detection will only find place on RS3, as they have a system for that. But as a good procedure, always use junk or use the duel arena (stake) to transfer large sums of gold. I've had one RWT ban, but that was last summer on RS3. I've traded more than 60B since, and no ban.

I don't believe Jagex directly IP ban in many cases. But they most likely flag IPs.
