When running a script, if your account is logged out it will try to log back in automatically providing you enter your OSRS account details in the "Add bot" section of the client. Gl

Your best option is to not use fresh accounts also, sorry I should have mentioned that.. fresh accounts have a higher ban rate, try creating accounts, doing tutorial island manually then leaving them cooldown for 3 days.

You need to change what you do on your accounts.. don't bot 4 hours a day and play legit 0 hours.. do some quests.. play legit as well...

I wouldn't bot more than 3 accounts at once on the same IP though unless suiciding of course, from my experience you get banned within the same day if you bot more than 3.
If you play legit either side of botting, I believe it helps delay the ban.
Afaik black screen only happens on non supported clients, and sometimes even osbuddy
