Your best option is to not use fresh accounts also, sorry I should have mentioned that.. fresh accounts have a higher ban rate, try creating accounts, doing tutorial island manually then leaving them cooldown for 3 days.

You need to change what you do on your accounts.. don't bot 4 hours a day and play legit 0 hours.. do some quests.. play legit as well...
