What agility shortcut are you referring too? Seems to work perfectly for me when I run it. Does the spec increases the speed of that? pretty sure it is a static speed based on equipment, just like wintertodt root chopping You are better off doing bloods though

No it does not, blackjacking isn't something you can do in a script properly
