I'll forward this to @Raflesia and @Maldesto to see if they can look into the chat logs between you two. Thank you.

Threatening to DDoS another member of OSBot is a very serious offense, and will not be taken lightly if done. Anyways, without any evidence on your part we can't really proceed with standard protocols. I'll await to hear @Pie God's side of the story.

Can you at least tell us your side of the story? Did he provide you with the steam account? If so, why didn't you pay him?

It's always recommended that you do any transaction discussion over skype so that we can see all the information. I'll see if we can get an administrator to look into getting the chat logs, but there's no guarantee.

We cannot proceed with anything until any form of evidence is given...

Odd. What browser are you using?
  7. Good luck @TheScrub! Can't wait to hopefully try this out. ^_^

What's the big hype about this game?
  9. If you think that's what every episode of the bachelor contains, you've been mind washed by false realities.
  10. Keep the flaming to a minimum pls.
  11. Actually, he has provided me with the login details of the same account you did the quest on and Fremennik Trials was not done. Also, you agreed to take some of the payment after completing the "Grand Tree" quest, which you never even finished. You haven't even started Monkey Madness either. So you took the dragon bones before finishing the service which goes against the terms you guys agreed on. I'm giving you 24 hours to refund his money back or else you will be banned permanently.
  12. I was asking the OP to do that.Mitch, do you have a picture of him providing the login username / RSN of the account you did the service for? Sorry for the confusion! ^_^
  13. He has already been taken care of, thank you though. If you ever see any more of these, report the private message or contact a staff member directly. ^_^
  14. This still doesn't address the accusation that you took his bank (30m).I'm sure 3 quests wasn't that expensive. Also, do you have any chat logs of him providing the RSN of the account you did the service on? A picture with the RSN along with the quests tab up can be taken to back up your claim.

Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. I'll be sure to let him know, however I cannot issue a ban as the evidence isn't sufficient enough to tell whether it was within the 30 minute time period or not. Next time please send myself or another staff member a private message rather than creating a public dispute about it. Thanks again. ^_^
  16. Sorry to hear about this. It's always a shame to see situations like these. However, now that your IP is most-likely flagged, unfortunately Jagex makes it almost impossible to get these offences appealed successfully. There are some cases where the ban is lifted, but that's only around 1% of them. The other 99% are left to rot.

    We are one.

No, our scripts are scanned for malicious content daily. Here are some of the main methods of getting hacked: Phishing links - You get linked to a fake website in which you put in your account details (as if you are logging into runescape). Downloading keyloggers/other virus's - Usually comes from youtube links to .exe programs, or gold generators. Old friend/service - You may have shared information with someone a while ago and forgot to change it, the user then looked up this information later and hacked you. I can assure you the client of OSBot did not hack you as ALL of your information is stored on your computer. Sorry for your loss.

    Banned for impostoring @Pandemic.

Welcome to OSBot, Mitch! If you ever have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to shoot me a private message. ^_^

I'm satisfied with AT&T, but I've never had Verizon so I could never make a definite decision on which one is better. All I know is Verizon is more expensive, but I always have good service with AT&T so I don't know why someone would pay more for the same quality.
  22. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into it for you. As for the dispute topic, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do in order to resolve the situation. @Clarity has already been banned. However, if he/she wishes to come back to the community, he will have to refund you as well along with the others like stated previously. Sorry for your loss.
  23. Thank you for letting us know. Keep us updated please. ^_^
