Eh, to be honest either option is a money-maker. Slayer doesn't get valuable until at least 75. I'd suggest PvMing for a little bit to gather up some money / gear to support you in leveling up slayer. You will get small profits of course from slayer as you level, but minimal as in like 100k / task.

MoneyPak's used to be simple. However, now it requires your SSN, address, and other personal information. It's quite a pain.
