If I cared about post count, I'd have more than 35 posts since I joined in January. I obviously can read basic English, but I have no tolerance for people who satisfy both of the following criteria: 1. Don't even make an effort to write grammatically correct English. 2. Become enraged when some of the community is in opposition to their suggestion to the site. Many of the people on this thread do not like your idea. You have to be able to take criticism. Just because I don't like your idea doesn't make it a bad idea. Just because you like your idea doesn't make it a good idea. It is simply a suggestion (which I happen to not be in favor of). In the TLDR you refused to include anything about "specifically stating there will need to be evidence and proven that they tried to scam." If the TLDR is so essential to the understanding of this thread, you may not want to leave out such 'important' details.

It would help if you used proper English grammar in your first post. It seems like that may be the reason behind why some of us do not understand what you are suggesting. If one member doesn't understand what your point is, they may not have read the topic. If many people on a given thread do not understand your point, you may want to rephrase it. For example, "If you're found out to of scammed and even if you refund the members you stole from your 'Reputation/Feedback' is 'fucked' and removed so only neut/negative feedback remains on your account." is not grammatically correct English and is slightly unclear.

No support at all. As said earlier, many people are placed in TWC who turn out to be innocent but are accused of scamming, and therefore involved in a dispute. It is not fair to revoke all positive feedback as soon as someone is placed in a dispute.

You're overlooking the fact that the average member does not fully comprehend the circumstances regarding why he or she has been banned. I personally do not know that much about Java or Runescape's bot detection, and I will admit to being a newbie, but I think you are also being vague. You talk about other games using software to detect patterns in the way the bots walk to 'catch' them. Though I don't doubt the authenticity of your statement, Runescape is its own game. It uses its own detection system. We have very intelligent developers and scripters on this forum, and we can take educated guesses at how Jagex bans us, but we can never know one hundred percent. The unfortunate truth is Jagex will never be at the point where they can ban nobody because they cannot tell a bot from a human player. They will always be one step ahead. The best we can do is stay one small step behind, so close that they cannot see how close we really are.

I doubt OSBot would sponsor membership cost for regular members like myself to test ways of getting banned. Also, as far as I've found, the biggest part of the mystery lies somewhere in the randomness. We have all booted for extended periods of time with no ban (or at least a delayed one). Most of us that have been banned have also botted tiny amounts on a reliable script and proxy, yet still have been banned in these optimal conditions. Botting on 07 is not quite at the hopeless stage, though, in my opinion. Botting on RS3 is at the hopeless stage...
