Could you please provide an exact list of what the $200 was for, be as specific as possible stating account creation etc. the user has been notified there is a dispute against him however the evidence is insufficient as of the moment to place him in TWC, after providing this it will be reconsidered.   20. @Ericthecmh has just recently been promoted so I'm sure he must have a lot on his plate for the time being, this section is for scripts which haven't been updated for more than 7-14 days and those scripts from inactive scripters. Judging from the evidence it's quite inconclusive as to whether it was taken during the service, if you have any further evidence please provide that also. The user has 24-hours to respond to this dispute.

I am pleased to hear @dankilla (thank you for stepping in for @Trinity ) will be issuing a refund to @Aggre. After having a look at the account stats, Fishing seems to be the only significant stat worth a refund and based on that I will set the refund at: 2m for the Service (Refund) 3m for the ban (Compensation as it wasn't perm) Total refund will be : 5m Does this seem feasible to both parties?
