Oh dam, never panic that seems to be the trick, and if you do think healers will attack you often/alot, you can just lure the healers into the Italy rock, and kill them before proceeding with Jad, so you can never lose focus on Jad. Good luck.

I'm not entirely sure why this would be handy though, sure you can just use Google to find out your IP, how does this differentiate from using Google.

Sorry for your loss, but maybe the VPS IP's address is flagged, most VPS are flagged by Jagex just to let you know, it's rather hard at this point to even find a VPS that is not flagged, but by the sound of things it does indicate that you are most likely flagged.
