Does it matter? If you don't bot, new scripts being added won't affect you. If there are scripts you want, suggest it, otherwise, you are going to have to wait and hope the script that no one else knows you want gets added.

There is a fee with PA, but they are usuallypretty safe. You can accept Bitcoins or any other payments that don't allow chargebacks. I personally rather use PayPal since it is simple. If you have a legit account, you have nothing to worry about; just make sure to collect proof when trading.
