The script will run with any gear setup really. Just use what works for you when/if you do barrows manually

The logged error doesn't seem to be related then. Could either of you try to see if you can reproduce issues with "Random event dismissal" turned off?

Have you seen it happen? Perhaps death is also related to random event dismissal Where was it? Looks like it failed to find a path to the next mound above ground

There's a lot of info to find in the first post about the settings. The script should be started in the tzhaar bank. Quick start uses default settings, but manual setup lets you configure overall behavior and inventory. Mirror not supported

Can you confirm for me if the issues only occur in mirror mode? In a lot of cases there aren't many solid fixes I can do for issues caused by mirror mode. v

Should buff up before melee combat. Are you by any chance using a staff of the dead for melee? it would interpret that as a magic weapon and not use melee buffs :\

Committed a workaround for autocast on regular staves yesterday. Isn't live yet, though. The workaround should fix existing spells, but you still wont be able to use surge spells just yet.
