Yes, flagged IP's is mostly just a problem in case of chain bans. But if you play legit on only one account on don't run a small bot farm on the same IP it shouldn't cause any problems Good luck ^_^

I requested @Rare to explain himself within the next 24h from this post on. He is also placed in TWC for the time of this dispute. The skype conversation clearly shows "10$ because I have to do it by hand" @@PipiDaga, please post in the meantime a screenshot of you passing @Rare the account details, and a screenshot of the account being banned where you see that it is actually the account you passed over to @Rare to do the service. (Either over the mainpage or a simple attempt to log in to runescape)

@robertkevin, you have to refund @Varc the full amount he paid you for the service, as you failed to even start the order within the timeframe agreed between you both. You have 24h to refund him.
