Yeah, exactly. Set up the .bat file and use that to start the client, individual ip for every client. A proxy will not lower your chance of being banned.

Make sure that random.dat is read only, and that all your accounts are in different worlds in addition to being on different IP's. This is an issue with Jagex though, nothing to do with you.
