You wont lose fat You wont get muscular might give you some more strength in your triceps and chest (those are the primary muscles worked in a push up) Tips - progression: every week add more reps. It will be hard at times but that's the point. form: make sure you're doing correct form or else you can risk pulling a muscle or putting stress on a joint/muscle. Also correct form will be the best better workout: this shouldn't be your complete workout. Just a supplement sort of thing. If you're interested in specific workouts / plans let me know your goals and I can lead you in the right direction

Statistically speaking, someone with a verified paypal is probably not going to chargeback. (verified meaning they have their bank account connected) but that doesn't provide 100% protection, as they can still chargeback (but it's unlikely)

There's no way to guarantee not being banned while botting. There are "tips" and "strategies" people go about which are thought to lower your banrate possibility. Such as botting only for short amounts per day (5-7 hours a day max) and using scripts that have low ban rate
