Well free scripts are local. Local scripts just mean you download the file. Free is a totally different category. Free vs. Paid scripts is different though.

Just curious seeing as my last thread was locked and the rules of this section seem to actually be harsher, not to mention I received a warning for saying 'fag'.

If a moderator wants to scam, the restriction doesn't really matter because if they're going to scam, they don't care about the restriction. People will still trust moderators regardless of whether they are supposed to participate or not. I don't see the point. I support the OP.
