He couldn't have scammed you because he paid you and the account is supposed to be his. If you cannot recover it and get the information to the buyer or refund the $25, or provide solid proof that you set the emails and information to fit him, you will be banned. I'm giving you 24 hours.

From the looks of it this account was purchased and resold multiple times and advertised no bans each time and now nobody knows who got the ban? Correct me if I'm wrong.
