No, they're junk and won't happen same as in eoc did. People either buy them to merch them or one buy partyhat to show off. When updates will come, partyhats will become useless and replaced with other items. Mod Mat also said, they are not discounted items and players will be able to obtain them on holiday events. His decission is also final.
