Which is why I said party based on, and choose 2 members, so obviously those two members can act it out as a campaign, even if one wins, doesn't mean he/she'll be mod, just influence Kati's vote. I know you mean well, but you should've read a bit more carefully.

I agree with a few of those. I personally think mod's should be chosen partly based on the community's response, so Kati chooses 3 members or two to choose between she thinks is fit, and a poll decides the fate.
