You will still get a chance to meet me, don't worry. My farewell was for my staff position, I'm not leaving OSBot.
  3. We'll miss you Spongebob.
  4. #Smart4president
  5. Sounds like the normal Gh0st to me, nothing unusual.
  6. Forgot to say; don't forget to give the rank to every scripter again if you keep the color. That'd be about 50 members.
  7. what? that doesnt answer my question lol. I just havn't been around to really know whats been going on, but apparently its a big deal. Im asking if the community feels that its worth it to stick around, since this other sites been taking over i guess. Idk enough to make an informed opinion, so thats why i don't wanna decide for myself obviously >.> They aren't "taking over". The development team thinks of the new competitor as a rival, it will fuel the developers to update more and keep their product better. It is worth it to stay. tl;dr shitstorm: Lots of mods disagreed with Laz/Maxi(and the recent decision he made, which was to demote MC because he was an administrator on the competitors forums) so they tried to make a statement by resigning (Somewhat worked) and now most of them are staff on the competitors site. The staff team didn't resign because of Master Chief's demotion. They resigned because they were tired of their work in general and of the developers. It wasn't and still isn't their intention to bring over a message. For my own resigning; I had my own personal and private reasons. I knew already that I had to resign around this date, months ago. OT: Although you want our opinions, it's still your choice where you would like to be.
  8. "They dedicate a lot of time to the scripts. I think they deserve it." - Then start giving the rank to the local script developers as well. I don't see why someone should get a color + PiP for just having a script on the SDN. I feel sorry for the local script developers, that they are pushed so far to the background. Why don't you change the rank to a more general one? P.S, This is a suggestion section, why was the other thread closed?

Dear OSBot Community, I didn't expected that I would ever had to do this, but sadly, things changed. It's time for my farewell. I've enjoyed myself here since my registration back in April, I've met really awesome people. Sadly, I don't really have time anymore to be an Administrator nor staff member, this is because of internships I'm currently doing. I wanted to resign the 18th of November, so I could first fix a few things before I would leave (like getting a new staff team) Unfortunately this plan just changed, I got demoted 10 minutes ago, without any explanation. They have just thrown me out like garbage, they didn't even thanked me for my hard work and dedication. I feel sorry to the scripters on OSBot, I didn't do any SDN upload nor push anymore since a week ago, because I was busy IRL. I hoped that another admin would have picked it up, but sadly, that didn't happen. It's a shame that such a great community doesn't get what it deserves. @Maldesto, I'll give you a month, you will become tired. Goodluck with the forum management, staff management, with the refund requests, with the SDN uploads, with the SDN testers and with the SDN pushes, you're on your own mate. quited because of it, and the same for me now. @Devs, I don't hate you guys, but seriously, learn how to manage a site. And thanks for you guys appreciation towards me.. I guess.. @Community, best of luck with the new staff team, and the devs. You guys will need it. @The old staffteam, I love you guys! Raflesia.
  11. Can't wait to see it.
  12. You got me.
  13. Not really a PC gamer ^^
  14. I can't update the client, since I don't have access to it. I have contact with the developers yes, they are aware of the bot being down.

    Poor Mickey Mouse.
  16. Read my member title. I'm not a developer, so no, I can't fix the bot.
  17. Don't worry guys, it's not for sure yet. And if I have to resign eventually, then I will be sure to fix the things I can fix, before I resign. But as of now, it seems like I will only be able to be online for about 1 hour a day, starting from the 18th of November. That is not enough time for me to take care of my daily tasks. I will either be replaced or there will be a second Community Manager, that decesion is up to the developers.
  18. I can confirm this, sadly. It's not a troll.
  19. It's not about the real life money, you think that they actually care about the charity's? It's a goldsink, to remove gold from the game. And it works.
  20. We aren't ignoring you, we hear you, but we can't answer your questions. The developers (atleast Laz is) are aware of the downtime, they will update the bot when they find themselves the time. So we are unable to give you any ETA. As for the communication, the moderators can't contact the developers via text/phone. Only the admins have each other's phone numbers.
  21. I can understand that you expect them to post an announcement regarding the downtime, but they can't if they aren't online. And if they were online, then an announcement wouldn't have been needed, since the bot would have been updated. The issue OSBot currently has is not that the developers aren't dedicated, but that they don't have much time for OSBot anymore (or atleast at the moment), hence why the bot hasn't been updated. Hiring someone who has the time to develop OSBot sounds easy, but that is far from easy. The developers can't just give someone access to the bot, and pay them for it. They can walk away easily with not only the money, but the whole OSBot source. It will take a lot of time before they can find someone they trust enough for this job. You should also understand that OSBot started as a hobby. If you want them to realise that they aren't doing a good job, then start giving argumentations in a good manner, you think they will listen to someone that is swearing and raging? No.
  22. Want a cookie now? scared cause i can dox you every which way possible? i got your name, ip, address, paypal email. everything. The database that Kati leaked didn't include any Nexus information, in other words, it never included any costumer addresses, don't act big. You won't come that far with only a member's IP address and e-mail. Bye.
