    i could be wrong but the title said 'delvl' which we could translate to 'de-level' as to degrade. so with this information and current knowledge of XP lamps that grant exp... this would do the opposite as to remove exp from a skill

    a proxy is basically another IP you can use with just about anything; for the client, you could run the client with a proxy, therefore allowing you to play on your other account legitimately without having to worry of getting banned
