Paypal offered me any refund i wanted for what i didn't recieve and i went ahead and said no because i didn't really care i didn't buy vip or sponser, i have like 2 paid scripts and they offers me a refund for the both. So i would check yourself before posting what you don't know. Paypal handles the payments its up to THEM.

So there for customers have the right to complain about buying stuff When you buy VIP or Sponsor you aren't buying anything you are supporting the website - everything you get (Mutli Bot tabs, Purple name etc) is a reward for donating. I'm sure I can find some terms of agreement somewhere to quote this. And if they are handling this like a legit bushiness (admitting to selling the bot) - Then this website will not last. You're an idiot if you don't understand that labeling VIP/Sponsor payments as a Donation is a loophole to avoid future legal issues. According to paypal it is selling. You click the buy button it takes you to paypal to pay for a service (it will say what service not donation) and paypal offered to refund me for not getting what i paid for as it was a purchase for an item/service. If it was a donation they would have said why did you donate if you didn't want to spend money. However i did not refund anything as i am not upset about the downtime, i have patience and its a wonderful thing to have. If you think its a donation fine with me, but paypal said otherwise and i would rather listen to them as they handle the payments. Thank you Sponser and VIP ARE donations. but scripts are not.

I messaged jagex that i couldn't bot no more and im upset about it they said wtf all bots should be working, we are loosing memberships for every paying bot!
