Getting reported while botting will lead to quicker bans. I would stop botting for a good 3 to 4 days.

I got banned using mirror mode twice. I really don't think it makes that much of a difference, in my personal opinion.

I doubt this has anything to do with bans. Client, while botting, is closed to external clicks.
