Haha...well honestly best way to find out is get the smaller packs of each and try then both and use which ever one your body accepts and what works the best. Thats how i always find the sups i use.

Ok, i got some good stuff for you here. Always go with chocolate. Best thing to mix with. What i have always done was use 8oz of milk(almond,cow,coconut) 1/2-1 banana, and 2 spoon fulls of PB2(powdered peanut butter, plus it healthier) and one or two scoops of your protein, depending on what you need. I mix this all up then add a handfull of ice to it. Blend it and it takes great! Also, always buy from some site like muscle and strength or bodybuilding.com, both of those always beat out GNC by far. On price and the amount of good products.
