Just for pure combat experience NMZ is definitely better.

Yea some manual training + questing helps with account life in my experience and just like everyone states you should never bot an account you are not willing to loose.

You need to have another client open along side mirror mode so that mirror mode has something to mirror such as Osbuddy or the regular osrs client

If that doesn't work you could try loading up osbuddy then reloading osbot worked for me

Have you tried multiple scripts it may be possible it is just a problem with the script you are trying to use.

Should should never bot an account you are not willing to loose I am 100% sure your next ban will be perm so I would not risk botting the account again.
