Also, if you want a good food routine i've got one for you just PM me.. I'm in the Army, I came in skin and bones. Decided I wanted to put on some mass and look the part. Came in at 160 and i'm 6'3".. you can imagine. I'm now 180 lbs and I crush everyone in my platoon in PT.

Alright i've been working out for awhile, you already look really lean so you'll be better off putting on mass. Don't start buying all kinds of CRAZY supplements. The only supplements you will want if you decide to buy them are as follows : 100% Whey Protein, Creatine, and possibly Casein. Those are pretty good . Now, what you'll want to do is "heavy" weight low reps (Ex. As heavy as you can but 6-8 reps). You can also try drop sets meaning you start with a decent weight first set, go up, continue three times. It'll put mass on faster and make you stronger. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask .
  3. Bought for 10$.. keeps unbanking trout.. rebanking them.. and repeating.. doesn't even leave bank. What a waste of 10$... reporting to admins. I have the most up-to-date bot too..
  4. Interesting, going to have to give it a go.
